Aisling completed a Masters of Science in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with children & adolescents before completing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology across the South and West of Ireland. Since then Aisling has lived and worked in Dublin as well as Chirstchurch, New Zealand working primarily with people experiencing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, difficulties adjusting to life events, physical injuries, work and relationship difficulties.
