Child Psychology 

At The Consulting Clinic we offer therapy for children and adolescents. Our Clinical Psychology team have specialist training to help young people and their families understand and manage a broad range of mental health difficulties.

Through a comprehensive assessment, where a parent and child attend, the psychologist will draw up a treatment plan that is best suited for the needs of the child. The Psychologists will draw on a range of therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, whilst incorporating creativity in the therapeutic process.

One of our doctoral-level clinical psychologists that have specialist training in working with children and families will assess and offer therapy.

We offer support to children, young people and their families for a range of difficulties including:
