Dr. Róisín Finnegan
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Róisín Finnegan is a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology from NUI Maynooth in 2008, and then completed her M.Sc. in Applied Psychology in Trinity College Dublin. Róisín graduated from NUI Galway in 2014 with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Róisín went on to work as a Clinical Psychologist in a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, and subsequently has worked in a number of mental health settings with both adults and children across the public health service. Alongside her work in private practice, she currently works as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in a Community Adult Mental Health Service.
Throughout her clinical experience, Róisín has worked with individuals, families and groups presenting with a wide variety of issues and concerns, including anxiety, depression/low mood, post-natal depression/anxiety, matresence, work related stress, disordered eating behaviour, adjustment to life following a chronic or terminal health diagnosis, trauma, grief and loss, to name a few.

Dr Roisin is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and within the Clinical Psychology Division of The Psychological Society of Ireland.
