Therapy is informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness Based interventions to help clients adjust to the life changes and difficulties they are facing; to work through grief and loss; to manage their symptoms, improve wellbeing and enhance relationships/attachments and self-identity. Also offering therapy for people undergoing ICSI, IVF, Donor, Adoption and Oncology.

The Process Includes:
The type of therapy will be determined by the Psychologist at the assessment. A treatment plan and number of sessions will be discussed with the individual or couple following the assessment.
The Psychologist will give you work to do in-between the sessions
Appointments are 50 minutes in length.
Offering Implications Counselling for those going through assisted conception treatments involving the use of donor eggs, sperm or embryos.
